Picker's guild

I can't get in Picker's guild... i pick plants for over 3 weeks, i am equipped with a spade, i have a squirrel, i am alchemist and at guild's menu do not appear the option join the picker's guild... can somebody knows how i can get in?

You need to just keep picking and it will become available.
Age 1 Dubjean2 ; Age 2 Ryann; Age 3 Dubjean; Age 4 Sibyl; Age 5 Minnie; Age 6 Ekho
