Missing Credit

I had a credit left in Age 2 and when I evolved to Age 3 this morning, I still had it, but did not use it. I log on tonight and I no longer have a credit. :cry:

issue with skills?

i used about 20 sleighs today - and no increase in strength. i used 4 hours of running and stamina did increase. what happened? please some help :wish: if this can be checked for accuracy please let me know.

This is the first time this ever happened. At 3:51 PM Eastern Standard Time, 2/9/08, I bought 4 packages of 20 credits each (80 in total, cost 29.90 each package ) and it has not shown up anywhere in the game. Earlier, it was credited in the game immediately. There is no custmer service e-mail listed on these pages. Please advise as soon as possible. I need to contact Customer Service.

It is now over 10 hours and the credits still have not shown up anywhere in this game. I e-mailed credits@human-age.com.

This is 7:23 PM Eastern Standard time and the problem is not resolved. What should I do? I already sent Chris an e-mail about this. How long should I wait? It is over 27 hours.

latvia it may take some time. Chris has a RL life and there are days when he doesn't log into HA. Please be patient. If you sent an email you will get what you want but not immediately.

Login problem or... "Character Assasination!"

Today the game wouldn't let me log in. So I clicked the validation e-mail to set a new password and it said that my character had DIED!?!?! I've been an active player for more than a year already, and I can say that I paid a lot for credits and if this turn out to be yet another one of your bugs (but this one would be too severe), I as a paying customer, will alert the proper authorities and I will sue you for all that money that you take for granted from us, the honest players. You can't mock people that pay you money for the service you provide, and I'll see to it that you learn just that.

First let me cite the regulations of the game:
4.2 The payments made on the website are by no means a purchase of services. They consist of donations by the user to the administrators to thank them for the work they have done. As explained in article 4.2, these donations give you the right (except in case of a technical problem) to certain privileges awarded to you by the administrators.

4.2 If the user uses one of these paying services and it doesn't work, he does not have the right to attack the administrators of the website. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to avoid these problems !

4.3 The payment being considered as a donation, no action towards the domain or it's administrators is allowed after the use of this kind of service !


But the as per point 4.2 I'm sure Chris and others will look into your case and try, as always, to make everything work. But as those people do tend to have real life, please be patient.

those paragraphs aren't easy viewable. In Europe there is something that is called "false advertising control" or something like that. I mean, come on, money changes hands, that deserves at least the courtesy of a decent service.
